やっぱり秋刀魚をリピート♪

 

赤にスイッチして

 

香ばしい秋刀魚のコンフィ。

香りもよくソースと一緒に。

 

そしてメインは久しぶりに「鹿」

 

メインももちろん赤に。

 

 

ジューシーな美味しさの鹿肉。

火入れもとってもよく美味しかった♪

 

彼はお魚「鯛のポワレセロリのブールブランソース」

 

 

そしてデザートはもちろんパフェ。

この日のパフェも上原シェフがつくってくださいました。

 

彼は「青森県産りんごのカクテル」

ブランマンジェ、青リンゴのムース、リンゴのコンポート、リンゴのソルベ

シェフのご出身青森のりんごをたっぷり味わえるデザート。

りんご好きな彼のお気に入り。

 

先日アップしましたがなんとなんと！！

 

 

いつの間にかなめらかプリンが

固くてムッチリしたとっても好みのプリンに。

とっても好みで美味しい！！と大絶賛。

通常スクエアなプリンですが

この日はなんと！特別に丸型のプリンを作ってくれてパフェにアレンジ♪

 

 

洋梨の赤ワイン煮に

コクのあるクリーム、そして固いプリン。

このプリンは

 

 

そんなこだわりの卵を使用したプリンは火入れもよくムッチリした固さでとっても美味しい。

やっぱりリアンのプリン大好き。

 

大満足な美味しさ。

最初で最後かな？？
