今週は土曜日まで毎日営業と
年明けて2024年1月は営業日が多くて嬉しい。
ということでこの日も。
行ってみるとショーケースに
和栗のモンブランデニッシュではなく
「苺とピスタチオのデニッシュ」が
こだわりのいちごを使用しているデニッシュ。
いちごの入荷によって販売日が限られているようで
ようやく出会えました～。
ピスタチオのクリームがとてもなめらかなので
注意してお家に。
無事にお家に帰ってオープン。
いちごのいい香り～。
芳ばしいデニッシュの上に
フレッシュないちご。
そしてピスタチオクリームがたっぷり。
中にはカスタードがかくれています。
いちごのジューシーな美味しさと香りに合わせて
とてもなめらかな美味しさのピスタチオクリームの相性が最高ですね。
なめらかなカスタードとのＷクリームも好きでした。
バターの風味ある美味しいデニッシュと一緒に。
やっぱりいちご＆ピスタチオの組み合わせは最強ですね。
またリピートしたいです。
