この日は珍しく週末オープン直後に
久しぶりにお気に入りのクロッカンダマンドにしようとおもったのですが
以前から気になりつつも食べたことがなかった
「猪のソーセージパン」を
ジビエ系はもともとあまり得意ではないのですが
人気の猪のソーセージのパンをこの日チャレンジ。
食べる前に少しリベイクするのがオススメとみて
リベイク。
ソーセージがツヤツヤに
この迫力もスゴイ。
スパイスのような香りも～。
カットすると中からじゅわーっと肉汁が
パンはもちっとしっかりした弾力のチャバタ生地
パリっとジューシーで噛み応えあるソーセージとよく合います。
パンには少しスパイスの効いたソースが塗ってあってそれもまた相性抜群。
肝心な猪のソーセージは臭みもなく甘みある濃厚な味わいがとってもコクて美味しい。
ワインと一緒に美味しかった。
