その前に～
基本ジビエ系がニガテなので躊躇していましたが
先日の猪のソーセージパンが美味しかったので
鴨パテバーガーを。
オープン当初からの人気メニュー。

スペシャリテの鴨のパテを使ったハンバーガー。
極厚の鴨パテの迫力に
サンドされているのは粒マスタードに
ピクルスとシュークルート。
食べた瞬間広がるスパイス感とジューシーな美味しさで
バンスとの相性もよく美味しい。
ワインに合わせて贅沢な美味しさ。
すごくお腹いっぱいになりました。
またこれはリピートしたいです。
