今日12月23日～25日までの３日間。
パン屋さんからパティスリーに変身！
パンの販売はすべてお休みして
かわりにプチガトー6種類に定番を初めこの日限定のパイも。
数量限定とのことで朝から並びました～。
11時オープンですがシェフ１人で仕上げているのもあって
だんだんと並んでいるうちにそろう感じですが、早めの訪問がおすすめです。
やはりこの日を楽しみにしている人も多くほとんどが全種類かっていてさすが！

前回すごく感動したションソンオポンム
、マロンのパイや定番で大好きなカヌレ等も全種類♡
父母がお家に遊びにきてくれたのでみんなで一緒に。
最初は楽しみにしていたサントノーレを紹介します☆
サントノーレキャラメルポワール
美しい～。
芳ばしく焼き上げられたシューをツヤツヤにキャラメリゼ。
キャラメルクリームもたっぷりです。
その間にはジューシーな岩手県産洋梨が。
ビターでやさしい甘さのキャラメルクリームと甘さある洋梨とのマリアージュが最高。
そしてボトムにもシューが！
その下は更にパイとまたまた繊細なアレンジされていて
いろんな食感が楽しめるサントノーレ。
キャラメルクリームは香りもあって甘さ控えめでとってもなめらか。
ぜひぜひ食べてほしいケーキ。
もちろん他のプチガトーもみんなで大絶賛。
どれもセンス最高な美味しさでした。
３日間限定なので他のプチガトーもヨルにアップできたら紹介します。
シュトーレンも少しずつ大切にいただいています。
