新年にぴったりな苺のショートケーキで
2020年スタートします。
去年イチバン食べた
CAFE MIKUNI'S カフェミクニズさんのプチガトー。
その中でも大好きなケーキの一つ
苺のショートケーキ
（カフェミクニズは1月31日までお休みです）
ふんわりとしたキメ細かいスポンジは
片面のみシロップがうたれていて
食感をより楽しませてくれる美味しさ。
コクのあるクリームは甘さ控えめで
甘酸っぱい苺と生地三位一体な
バランスは最高で
大好き。
美しくて
バランスのいい美味しさ。
