「牛スジカレー」のインパクトがスゴイ！
パン好きさんはもちろん牛スジカレー好きさんにも絶対食べてほしい～。
魯肉飯（ルーローハン）だったりカレーだったり、
パンの美味しさはもちろんですが、
具のコダワリ、手間暇をかけたセンスある美味しさが大好き。

先日、初めて食べた
「神山食パン」に感動。
やっぱり色々食べてみなくちゃ。
と未食だったスペシャリテを。
お店の
スペシャリテとしてメニュー表に掲載されているのは２つ。
１つがクロワッサンこと「ジュワッサン」
超最高級バターと称されている
「エシレバター」の2倍もする高級バターをたっぷり使用していて
あふれるバターが最高と大人気の商品。
そしてもう１つが「和牛スジカレーパン」
こちらは気になりつつも未食でした＾＾
濃厚カレーが好きな彼と半分こ。
ＨＰには
スパイスから調合し、素材が持つ水分だけで作りました。
スジも塊肉から捌き、
美味しいところだけを見た目からは分からないこだわりの詰まったパンです。
と書かれてあります。
姿はまん丸
夕方ピックアップに行ったのに
まるで揚げたてのようなふっくらした姿をしています。
もちろんお家でリベイクして。
ぎりぎりまで攻めようとおもったらちょっと焦がしました(涙）
半分にカットするのではなく
これだけ厚みがあるので折角なのでトップをスライス。
オープン！
濃厚なカレーの香りが～。
まずこの香りに驚き。
こんなに薄目なパンに
これだけカレーが詰まっているなんてすごいというほどカレーがたっぷりです。
美味しそう―！
カレーだけで味わってみたくなりました＾＾；
スパイス感はレストランで登場しそうな上品なほどよいバランスで
牛スジはしっかり煮込まれていて、お肉の脂の甘味がカレーにしっかり
甘辛加減が超濃厚。
濃厚カレー好きな彼はごはんと食べたいとも（笑）
カレーとしての存在感凄すぎ。
美味しすぎです。
もちろんパンと一緒に。
リベイク（しすぎｗ）したので周りはサクサク、
内側はもっちりした食感のパンと一緒に味わうと
カレーにはなかった食感、そして濃厚なカレーとパンの美味しさで
更に美味しさがアップ。
やっぱりこれは「カレーパン」として味わってこそと。
パンもカレーもどちらも同じくらい主張しているカレーパン。
カレーパンの為にこんなカレーを作るシェフはやっぱり面白い。
パン好きさんより牛スジカレー、濃厚カレー好きな人にぜひぜひ味わってほしい。
ぜひぜひおすすめです。
彼が超ハマったようなのでこれもまたリピート決定です＾＾
