去年ハマリにハマッタ「もんぶらん」に再会できました♪
やっぱり大好きな美味しさ。
インパクトある美味しさ、食感が最高です。

パン屋さん営業は基本的に木曜日～日曜日
（11時～17時・予約の引き取りは13時～）
久しぶりに行ってきました。
お気に入りのパンに新作のパンなど買ってきましたが
やはり、再会できることを楽しみにしていた
大好きな「モンブラン」を
去年初めて食べて一目惚れ。
何度もリピートしていた大好きな「もんぶらん」
今年も食べたーいと思っていたら
この日ラッキーにも出会うことができました。
お家で早速
とっても美味しそう。
上からの姿も
ボトムはシェフのスペシャリテの１つでもある
クロワッサン生地
その上には太目にしぼられたマロンクリームがたっぷりです。
今年１回目なのでカットして～。
しっかりカッチリしたクロワッサンなボトムは
超好みのザクっとした力強い食感
珍しく美しくカットできました～。
マロンクリームの下には
甘さ控え目のクリーム
そして大きな栗がゴロンと。
そこに濃厚なカスタードクリーム、
そしてシェフのモンブランには欠かせない濃厚なイチジクが
隠れています。
インパクトある美味しさのモンブラン
力強くて美味しくて大好き。
今年も食べることができて幸せでした。
ちなみにシェフのもんぶらんは
無花果の入荷次第。
出会えたらラッキーなこの子。

パン屋さん定休日の「月曜日限定」で
「コーヒーと焼菓子」のお店をオープン。
現在はなんすかぱんすかで人気の
焼菓子が並んでいます。
先日行ってきましたが
基本的に朝8時にオープンとのこと。
朝から珈琲と焼菓子をテイクアウトはもちろん
店頭でブレイクも。
そちらもぜひおすすめですよ。
