こちらも現在はテイクアウトで。
スタート早々に買ってきましたが
１０月末までなのでリピート♪
トップにはつやつやなラム酒を利かせた栗のムース
その下には
クリーム、刻んだナッツにスポンジ。
栗の優しい美味しさに
ナッツの香ばしさがアクセント。
最後は紅茶のゼリーでとっても爽やかに。
秋限定の美味しさ。
