2月末までのグラスのデザート「いちごのショートケーキ」に代わって
先日もアップしましたが
3月からはシマシマがかわいい「ティラミス」になっています。
前回いただいてとてもおいしかったのでこの日は彼と。

とっても美しい姿。
ビターなスプレッソコーヒーをしっかりとしみこませた生地と
軽い口当たりのマスカルポーネクリームがバランスよく。
シマシマな姿がかわいくも
甘さも控えめで
イタリア産マルサラ酒の香りが楽しめる大人なティラミス。
最近チーズ系のスイーツが好きなので
とても好みでした♪
この日も彼とゆっくりと。
