MSA British Drag Racing Championship - Pro Mod

The official British MSA Drag Racing Championship Pro Mod is contested by the doorslammers of the Pro Mod class of Drag Racing. Pro Mods come in a vivid array of bodyshells from 1938 Ford Coupes to a 21st-century Dodge Viper. These bodyshells cloak pure-bred racing chassis built around giant V8 engines, some running on petrol and nitrous oxide, others on supercharged or turbocharged methanol, and all packing the punch to blast through the quarter-mile in six seconds at well over 200mph. They are, without doubt, the most extrovert machines ever to compete for an MSA championship.

Making several strong passes through out the week, Sheik Khalid Bin Hamad Al Thani finally broke the record for Quickest NHRA Legal 1/4th Mile Pro Mod Pass! Tearing down the track, he put his teams work to the test as he pushed this gorgeous C7 bodied car down the track in and INCREDIBLE 5.73 seconds, trapping at just a hair under 250MPH! QRC and AAP were out to prove they know what they are doing and we must say, point taken!
CORRECTION: We discovered shortly after this video was released that the fastest pass was not broken.
