Pastelle Shinon 2004

Merlot grapes are famous in Bordeaux and well known in California. Fresia, pronounced Fray-jah, comes from the Piedmont region of northern Italy. The name pinot noir is a French reference to the Pinecone shape of the small grape clusters and their dark, almost black color. The intoxicatingly aromatic muscat grapes take their name from an early Prvencal word that meant smelling like musk.
