ヴィノスやまざきで１０００～１５００円で買ったもの。
あ、なかなか美味しかったですよ。匂いがまず美味しそうでしたし、若干パンチがあるかなという感じはしましたが、ほどほどにしっかりしていまして。まあ軽やかとかエレガントとかとは違うのでしょうけど、でも呑みやすくて美味しかったと思います。
最近はあまりはずれをひいていないので喜ばしいことで……。
えー、ではwine lover'sからなのですが、今回は久しぶりに赤ワインのご紹介。

Frias, a small family winery on Spring Mountain, makes some of the most exciting cabernets in the appellation. The aroma of the wine are exciting combination of vanilla, berries, and mint, and the flavor deep, rich, and plush is ll boysenberries, spice, and minerals. Best of all, the wine's opulent fruit is framed by ripe, fine tannnin that gives the wine balance, refinement, and majesty.
Oeno file: The Frias family is from Jalisco, Mexico. When the family moved to the US, Manuel Frias attended the University of San Francisco and then turned his attention to his passion: making wine.
６５ドル……。６５ドル払ってこの感じはそんなに呑みたくない感じかなと思いつつ……。メキシコからきたかたが作り手というと、どうしてもスペインワインと似たかなりパンチがある系を想像してしまいますが、実際どうなのでしょう……。
