「コールドストーンがただなので並んでいます～。はやく食べたいな～」
……お母様、娘は東京砂漠で企業戦士として戦っておりますよ……。
まあ、昨日ってコールドストーンでくーリーズが無料プレゼントだったんですよね。私も会社帰りに並べばよかったかもと思いつつ……。い、いや太るから買い食いはだめと言っているじゃないっ……と己を律しつつ……。
でも、酒は飲みましたよ……それくらいいいじゃないですか。
L'Hospitalet Art de Vivre Pinot Noir 2006
ヴィノスやまざきで１，５００円くらいで買ったピノノワール。一日目はちょっと酸っぱいかなとか色が薄すぎるのではと思いましたが、二日目は普通に美味しかったです。アルコール臭くもないですし、だいぶ好きです。ただ、まろやかとか重みがあるかというとそれはまったくで。かなりぐいぐい飲めてしまって危険です……。
えー、本日はwine lover'sカレンダーからNegociantという業者の役割というか存在についての説明を……。
Negociant:
A negociant (French for "one who negotiates") is a wine broker or a wine brokerage firm. Some of the most famous negociants came into existence in Burgundy after the French Revolution in the late 1700s. The revolution created thousands of tiny vineyard properties, most of which were too small and made too little wine to be commercially viable. But buy buying small lots of wine from numerous growers, then blending and bottling the wine themselves, negociants could make enough wine to market and sell to the general public.
Negociants always put theier names on the label, not the name of the growers they buy from, which in any case would be impractical. One of the most famous Burgundian negociants is the company Louis Jadot, which has a wonderful reputation for its wine.
