自分でも、ワインの写真がひどいのはわかっているんですよ。ラベルが全く読めないので、自分でも全く参考になりませんもの……。
本日の写真もいつもどうりラベルが読めません……。私の記憶にあるのはヴィノスやまざきで買ったということ、ピノノワールだったということのみです……。
呑んだ瞬間は甘くなくてまろやかで美味しいけれども、ちょっと酸味があるような気がしていまいちかなと思ったのですが。翌日に呑んでみたら酸味もあまり感じられず、美味しかったです。まあ、２，０００円以上しているのだから、美味しくなかったら腹がたちますけどね……。
で、呑んだのはフランスワインですが、wine lover'sからはポルトガルワインの紹介です。
Quinta de ventozelo (full bodied dry red)
Principal Grape: touriga nacional
Origin: Douro, Portugal

The Quinta de Ventozelo, one of the oldest quintas(farms)in the region, was once owned by Cistercian monks and has long been producing some of the best Ports and dry table wines around. The oldest vines are planted in terraced rows with stone retaining walls along the river Douro. The winery's delicious touriga nacional is deep in color and has intense aromas and flavors of blackberries, blueberries, cola, licorice, vanilla, and mocha. Pair it with slow-cooked braised beef, pork, or lamb.
２０ドルとリーズナブルですけど……コーラの味っていったい……。そしてモカという表現が、苦みと酸味がありそうで、どうも好みじゃないような気がします……。
