高山旅行② 高山ラーメンまさごそば Takayama Trip2 Takayama Ramen

年末旅行に高山旅行に出かけたレポの続きです！

①東急ステイ飛騨高山結びの湯

ホテルにチェックインした後、ランチで高山ラーメンを食べに出かけました。

高山はラーメンが有名で、街にたくさんラーメン屋さんがあります。

The specialty of Takayama is ramen.

After checking into the hotel, we went to eat Takayama Ramen.
There are many ramen restaurants in Takayama.

高山にたくさんあるラーメン店の中から、今回は「まさごそば」を訪れました。

まさごそばは1938年に創業した、高山ラーメン発祥といわれる老舗です。

普段は行列のできる人気店らしいですが、今回は15時過ぎに訪れたので空いていました。

This time I visited Masago Soba.

Masago Soba was opened in 1938 and is a long-established restaurant that originated in Takayama Ramen.

It is usually a popular restaurant with a long line, but this time I visited after 3:00 p.m., so it was empty.

入口には子供の字でお店についての説明書きがありました。

まじむかしからある。

さいしょの味からかわってない。

ごはんとラーメン。

そばじゃなくてラーメン。

ばくばく食べられるめちゃうまい。

頭文字を繋げると「まさごそば」になります！

At the entrance, there is a description about the restaurant in child's handwriting.

It's been around for a really long time.
It hasn't changed since the first taste.
Rice and Ramen．
Ramen, not soba．
You can eat a lot and it's very tasty．

メニューはとてもシンプルです。

中華そば大、並、小にライスと瓶ビールだけです。

The menu is very simple．
Large, regular, and small ramen noodles, and rice and beer.

中華そばの並を頼みました。

高山ラーメンは細打ちの縮れ麺が特徴的です。

醤油ベースの黒いスープは思ったよりあっさりしていて、食べやすかったです。

スープに酢を入れて味変するのもおすすめ。

I ordered the regular ramen.
Takayama Ramen is characterized by its thin, frizzy noodles.
The black soy sauce-based soup was lighter than expected and easy to eat.
You can enjoy the change of taste by adding vinegar to the soup.
