医療専門家は製薬会社に買収されている！

製薬会社が否定的な結果の研究へのアクセスを与えないのは明白です。
これは長い間知られていたことであり、 抗鬱剤やその他の新薬が市場に出るとすぐに多くの独立した研究が 行われ全ての結果が公開された
理由です。
Pubmedでクイック検索をすれば2800もの抗鬱剤の副作用 やリスクに関しての独立した研究が出てきます（下の画像を見て下 さい）。
それゆえ、その情報は誰でも入手可能で信頼できる情報源からのも のです。医薬品の結果は、100％完全または信頼できることはあ りません。
製薬会社は科学を行っているのではなく、 ロビー活動やマーケティングを行っているのであり、 それが野蛮な資本主義のビジネスモデルなのです。
ですので、この記事は私たちになにも教えてくれません。それは全 くの間違いと使い古された偏見（冗語法）から始まります。

それぞれの国が独自の医療システムを持っています。アメリカでは 、医療専門家は製薬業界には買収されてはいませんが保険会社によ って強くコントロールされています。ここカナダでは、 医療専門家はより独立しています。
製薬会社は彼らの新薬を強力な広告と不十分な分析で販売しようと しているのでしょうか？ 答えはイエスです。
製薬会社は新薬を促進するために私たちにお金を払うのでしょうか ？答えはノーです。
全ての出版や講義を行う医師たちは、 読者或いは聴衆に対して自分達が利害の衝突（製薬会社の基金株主 、製薬会社による支払い）中にあるかを絶対に言及しなければなり ません。
そして医師たちも愚かではありません。有能な医学士なら、 製薬会社がどのように働くかを知っており
新薬に関していつでも非常に注意深いです。彼らは独立した研究を 読んでから決心するために、これらの新薬を処方するまで数年待ち ます。
最後に、どんな治療計画でも、医師は患者の利益とリスクを査定す るためにいるのです。
彼らは、いつでも患者の健康を意図した決定をするのであり、製薬 会社の幸福ではないのです。

It is obvious that pharmaceutical companies do not give access to negative result studies. This has been known for a long time and it is the reason why, as soon as a new drug - anti-depressant or other - is put on the market, many independent studies are performed and ALL the results are then published.
A quick search on Pubmed results in 2800 independent studies on the side effects and risks of antidepressants (see image below) .
Therefore, the information is available to everyone and comes from reliable sources. The pharmaceutical results are never 100% complete or reliable.
Pharmaceutical companies don't do science, they do lobbying and marketing, and it is a business model of wild capitalism.
Thus, this article does not teach us anything. It even starts with a totally false and overused prejudice (pleonasm)

Each country has its own health system. In the USA the medical profession is not bought by the pharmas but it is strongly controlled by the insurance companies. Here in Canada, the medical profession is more independent.
Do the pharmaceutical companies try to sell their new drugs by strong advertisement and incomplete analysis? Yes
Do the pharmaceutical companies pay us to push these new drugs? No.
All doctors who publish and give lectures must absolutely mention the readers or attendance if they are in conflict of interest (pharmaceutical funding, shareholder, paid by pharmaceuticals...)
Also, doctors are not stupid. Any competent MD knows how pharmaceutical companies work and is always careful with new drugs. He waits a few years before prescribing these new drugs, in order to review independent studies and make his own mind.
Lastly, in any treatment plan, the doctor is there to evaluate the benefits and risks for the patient. He takes a decision that is always intended at the well-being of the patient and not the well-being of the pharmas.
