At Audi the development of light started with Xenon, went to LED and shortly ended in Matrix LED Highlights. At the Consumer Electronics Show 2014 in Las Vegas Audi presented an new innovative light in its showcar Audi Sport quattro laserlight concept: the laser light. This innovative light covers a distance of 500 meters, and hence even doubles the distance reached by LED full beam.
