ニコラ・テスラ（セルビア語ラテン文字表記・英語：Nikola Tesla／セルビア語キリル文字表記：Никола Тесла、1856年7月10日 - 1943年1月7日）は、19世紀中期から20世紀中期の電気技師、発明家。交流電流、ラジオやラジコン（無線トランスミッター）、蛍光灯、空中放電実験で有名なテスラコイルなどの多数の発明、また無線送電システム（世界システム）を提唱したことでも知られる。磁束密度の単位「テスラ」にその名を残す。
8か国語に堪能で、詩作、音楽、哲学にも精通していた。

He was an important contributor to the use of commercial electricity, and is best known for developing the modern alternating current (AC) electrical supply system. His many revolutionary developments in the field of electromagnetism in the late 19th and early 20th centuries were based on the theories of electromagnetic technology discovered by Michael Faraday. Tesla's patents and theoretical work also formed the basis of wireless communication and the radio.
