Hi, how are you?

Yesterday I decided to make it a vegan day, and the effect on my body was amazing!

I put 18 kinds of vegetables, including several leafy plants and broccoli, root vegetables like carrots, and some fruits like black berry into my salad bowl. I also added some soy bean curd (for protein). Well at the end I added some mayonnaise, so it was not strictly 'vegan' recipe. But almost all consisted of vegetables.

I also ate some banana and melon.

Now, this morning, my stomach and intestines worked very well. To tell the truth, I am now very keen on DIY, and I pasted wall paper everywhere in the house (since my cats destroyed almost all walls within their reach). And I did wall papering well into early morning today. At first I thought, 'oh my god, I am sick, because I worked too hard and slept so little.' But after I did morning rituals, I feel very fit and ready to go on to today's activity. I feel very light, no fatigue at all. So if you have a very heavy feeling or some kind of sickness or dizziness, or whatever, try to make a day of vegan eating. (Of course, it depends on your physical conditions whether you can enjoy good feelings like me, but just try if possible.)
