Yesterday,　after I said good-bye

to my student, she was asked the direction by

backpackers.

My student didn't seem to know where

it was, so I went there to help them but

I didn't know it either. So we dicided to

go to the police box together.

The hotel they were looking for was not very far

from the station.

My student and I took them to that hotel.

They were traveling around Japan except Hokkaido.

They went to many places in Kansai, and Kyusyu area.

They were from northern part of Australia.

Their names were Joshua and Natasha.

They gave us `thank you present'.

Well, have a nice trip Joshua and Natasha!

He gaveme this as a thank you present.

昨日、レッスンのあと生徒さんとお別れしてすぐ

生徒さんが外国のバックパッカーの人に道を

尋ねられてました。

大丈夫かな？と見ていたのですが

道がわからなそうだったので助けに行ったのはいいんですが

私もわかりませんでした

一緒に交番までいこうということにしました。

彼らの目指すホテルは駅のすぐ近くでした。

そこまで一緒に連れていってあげる間、

おしゃべりしました。

彼の名前はジョシュアで彼女の名前はナターシャでした。

出身はオーストラリアのクイーンズランド。

短い間に実にたくさんの都市を訪れていました。

最後にわかれる時にサンキュープレゼントと言って

コアラのキーホルダーをくれました。

これ、私もオーストラリアのお土産に大量に

買った覚えがあります。

あ～バックパックで放浪してた時代を思い出しました。

なつかしいな。
