表題は、アメリカ大統領になる前のトーマス・ジェファーソンを描いた１９９５年のアメリカとフランスの映画。最近の大統領テーマでは２０１３年の『大統領の執事の涙』が結構好きだったのですが、４１９詐欺のネタにはそぐわないのでタイトルにはしませんでした。優しく忍耐強い執事のセシルと西アフリカの詐欺師とでは雲泥の差ですし。
さて、英国王室の成りすましの話をしましたが、米国大統領の成りすましFacebookもたくさん存在します。多いのは、内外の敵が作ったオバマ大統領をけなす目的のFacebookでしょうか。イスラム教とのつながりを批判するものや、ビンラディンを殺したことを強調するもの、内外の政策に対する非ハンなど。いろいろです。例えばこちら。https://www.facebook.com/pages/Barak-obama/182345401795184

被害者と思われる女性が次のようなメッセージをシェアしている文章に書いていました。判りにくい文章なのでそのまま載せます。ミッチェル夫人か自分かどちらか選んでほしいのにそうしてくれないから不満みたいな感じですね。
"Its either me or michelle so u choice so that was ur plan u and ur sister so how u told me she was your so our wedding was fake and i agree to this bullshit well i dont want u back and i want u to finalize our divorce and i want joint custody of our kids and most or all of what u got am serious i would never talk to u again u and u family can go eat some dog shit i want my marriage certificate my divorce certificate and my kids birth certificate ur a worthless president disow."
オバマ大統領やミッチェル夫人を語る詐欺は、メールの『ナイジェリアからの手紙』でもよくあるようです。この例の場合、リカバリー詐欺ですね。一度お金を詐欺師に取られた人に、大統領夫人や大統領の秘書などを名乗り、お金が返ってくることをほのめかします。しかし、そのお金を受け取る前に２５０ドルを払うように指示しています。もちろん、詐欺です。このメールの場合、出所はナイジェリアからでした。
