【English Version】

Hello!

Ever since I developed atopic dermatitis.

I've been thinking about this for some time.

I don't feel confident because I have atopic dermatitis.

I'm not popular with the opposite sex because I have it.
Is that why I can't get a girlfriend?

My atopic dermatitis is painful.

I can't enjoy the hot summer because it makes me itch when I sweat.

I can't concentrate because of the itching, so I can't do the things I want to do.

You want to do something, but you can't do it because you're too itchy to concentrate.

In this way.

I realized that I had always been the cause of my own unhappiness.

To begin with.

Atopic dermatitis is a disease, a bad thing.

It was nothing but a hindrance.

That's how I felt.

However.

Whenever I had a bad day in my life.

I would get the urge to run away.

As if to protect myself,

it conveniently brings the itch with it, in order to escape my awareness of this painful situation.

Atopy is a hero who protects me in a pinch!

When I'm feeling down.

It's okay, you don't have to do anything.

It is your best friend.

It's not a bad person, it's not a hindrance,

it's a buddy who understands you better than anyone else.

Thank you ！！！！！

Let's review our value judgments about atopy.

If you think negative, your reality will become negative.

If you think positive, your reality will becomes positive.

I hope that your symptoms will improve and you will enjoy your life!

It will get better!

Thank you very much for reading to the end!
