I checked my result of test of Eiken

I did not have enough ability

to get 1 grade.

Especially,

 I need to enhance my listening skill.

So I am absorbed in the speech of

Dr.Kelly McGonigal.

She is a famous Health psychologist

who helps us achieve the personal goal.

Listening and learning her speech

is not to just study English,

but to attain the skill

living proactively and healthy.

After listening it,
